R. Kim Dreher

R. Kim Dreher is Director of Sales for Knapp Properties, Inc.
Kim has over 32 years experience in real estate including apartment ownership for over 25 years.  Prior to joining Knapp Properties, Inc in May of 1999, Kim worked with Iowa Realty for 18 years; is Past President of the Iowa CRS Chapter: past President of The Greater Des Moines Board of REALTORS; past recipient of the Salesperson of the Year award and was a Board member of Des Moines Christian School for six years and served as President for two years.  Currently Kim serves as a Trustee on the Des Moines Christian School Foundation, is a member of the Des Moines Christian School Finance Committee,  is the current President of the Heart of Iowa Student Tuition Organization, a board member of Highland Memorial Gardens and an active member of the Valley Church Chain Saw Disaster Recovery team. Kim’s responsibilities include Seller and Buyer representation, Web Site administration, database creation and management and marketing information to Commercial brokers.  Kim has lived in the Des Moines area over 57 years, is married, has three children and currently lives in Urbandale.
