Jake Lundgren

Jake Lundgren is the Vice President of Property Management for Knapp Properties, Inc. 

Jake earned a BA degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998.  After graduation, Jake joined R & R Realty Group as a Construction Manager.  During a three and a half year tenure in this position, Jake managed over 200 tenant improvement projects of many scopes and sizes.  He also gained valuable knowledge of the construction process as well as learning computer aided drafting.

In December of 2001, Jake joined Knapp Properties, Inc as a Commercial Property Manager.  This role included property management of over 2.5 million SF of office, retail and warehouse space.  Jake also assumed the construction management responsibilities for all tenant improvement projects as well as space planning duties.  In October of 2006, Jake accepted his current role of Vice President of Property Management.  He currently oversees all aspects of the property management department including commercial properties, residential and home owners associations.
