R. Kim Dreher

R. Kim Dreher is Director of Sales for Knapp Properties, Inc.
Kim has over 31 years experience in real estate including apartment ownership for over 25 years.  Prior to joining Knapp Properties, Inc in May of 1999, Kim worked with Iowa Realty, is Past President of the Iowa CRS Chapter and The Greater Des Moines Board of REALTORS and is a past recipient of the Salesperson of the Year award. Currently Kim serves as a Trustee on the Des Moines Christian School Foundation, is a member of the Des Moines Christian School Finance Committee,  is the current President of the Heart of Iowa Student Tuition Organization and a board member of Highland Memorial Gardens. Kim’s responsibilities include Seller and Buyer representation, Web Site administration, database creation and management and marketing information to Commercial brokers.  Kim has lived in the Des Moines area over 57 years, is married, has three children and currently lives in Urbandale.
