		PAUL R. KNAPP As Vice President of the board, Paul R. Knapp brings a lifetime of real estate experience and accomplishment to Knapp Properties, Inc. Paul joined Iowa Realty in 1955 after graduating from the American Institute of Business in Des Moines. He sold real estate for 15 years and was then named General Sales Manager in 1970 and President of the company in 1977. Paul was responsible for developing the Franchise Program, which now has 62 offices throughout the state. Paul has served as Past President of the Greater Des Moines Board of Realtors. He has also served as a board member of West Des Moines State Bank (West Bank) in West Des Moines, as well as the Iowa Aviation Expo.
