Professional Experience
Tyler began his real estate career after graduating from Iowa State University in 2003 and obtained the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2016. During his 20+ year real estate career, Tyler has gained experience working in brokerage, investment acquisitions, asset management, and property management. Tyler is currently a board member of the IREM Iowa chapter. Tyler and his wife, Alicia, along with their three sons and daughter live on his family’s Century Farm in rural Madison County and are active members of St. Joseph’s Parish in Winterset. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, 4H projects, and working on the farm.
