Korey Birkenholtz is a Vice President with Knapp Properties and is recognized as one of the leading brokers in the market. Since obtaining his real estate license in 2006, Korey continues to work in all areas of commercial real estate on numerous projects across the state of Iowa. His featured experience includes marketing downtown and suburban office buildings as well as representing office tenants and buyers in the market.
